How to see where your credits went
Last updated: August 14, 2026
When to Use This
Use this when you need to account for credit consumption for a month, a team, or a single worksheet.
Before You Start
You need Admin access. Usage covers your whole workspace, not just your own activity.
Steps
Go to Settings → Usage. [VERIFY: exact navigation path]
Pick your window with the date presets at the top of the page. The totals update to match
Select a Usage Type tab: Research Runs, Data Exports, Ask AI or Plays. Each tab shows the credits and records that lane consumed
Click Filters to narrow the view. You can filter by user, category, worksheet, Ask AI surface or export destination
Switch Summary to Detailed for the breakdown. Detailed shows your heaviest worksheets, plays and destinations, plus a row-level log of every run, export and query
Export the row-level log if you need to share it outside Pursuit. [VERIFY: whether an export option exists on the Detailed view]
What Success Looks Like
You can name the three heaviest consumers of credits in your window, and the user or worksheet behind each one.
Common Issues
Problem: A row in the Detailed log shows a dash instead of a credit figure. Fix: Use the totals at the top of the page, which are accurate. Pursuit cannot yet attribute a credit cost to every individual run, and you will see this most often on Research runs and CSV exports.
Problem: You need usage for a team rather than an individual. Fix: Open Filters and select the team's users together. Every Usage Type tab supports filtering by user.
