Searching and Browsing Accounts and Contacts with Intel

When to Use This

Intel gives you two ways to find what you're looking for: you can search by keyword for a specific account or contact, or you can browse the full catalog and narrow down from there. This article covers both approaches.

Intel is commonly used for both individual account or contact based research as well as bulk account and contact level list building and research workflows.

Accessing Intel

To get started with Intel, select Intel from the left-hand navigation menu.

Searching for Accounts or Contacts

Direct Search

You can use the search bar to quickly find specific accounts or contacts.

Simply type the name of an account, a contact, or another keyword. This is useful when you know exactly what you're looking for and want to narrow your results immediately.

Browsing Accounts or Contacts

To browse for accounts or contacts, apply your filter criteria (located below the search bar) and then select Accounts or Contacts. Filters can be adjusted at any time.

Suggesting Edits

You can propose and suggest edits to entity pages in Pursuit by following these simple steps:

  1. Click the 'Suggest Edit' button in the upper-right corner

  2. Check the box next to the field that needs changing and enter your proposed new values

  3. Add reasoning for your suggested change, and click submit
