Exporting contacts from the Pursuit Chrome Extension to your CRM

If your CRM is in sync with your Pursuit and you have the Pursuit extension installed, you can create new contacts in your CRM directly from the CRM extension.

Prerequisites

  1. Make sure your Pursuit admin has already configured your CRM integration with Pursuit

  2. Make sure you have the Pursuit Chrome Extension installed

How to export contacts

  1. while navigating on the account's website (e.g. https://www.a2gov.org/)

  2. open the Pursuit Chrome Extension

  3. select the contact(s) you want to add to your CRM

  4. click the export button

  5. select your CRM from the list of export options

Tip! The Pursuit Chrome Extension will only export a contact back into your CRM if there is a listed email address. This makes sure that only reachable contacts are added into your CRM.
