Help! I'm getting an error when clicking on change my password or reset my password

If you encounter an error when trying to change your password in the platform settings (or click on "forgot password" and no email comes to you), this is likely because your account is connected via Google Single Sign-On (SSO) or your company's other SSO provider.
Why does this happen?
When your account is authenticated through Google SSO (or another SSO provider like Okta), password management is handled by Google rather than our platform. This means the password change function within our settings will not work for SSO-connected accounts.
How to resolve this
Instead of changing your password in Pursuit, sign in using your Google account credentials. Your Google account password is what controls access to the Pursuit platform.
