How to Filter Radar by More Than One Account Owner or Territory

Last updated: September 25, 2026

When to Use This

Use this when the accounts you cover are split across several owners or territories in your CRM and you want all of them in one Radar view.

Before You Start

  • CRM sync is connected (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)

  • Your Admin has added the CRM property you want (for example, Account Owner or Territory) as a filter on the Accounts Mapping page

Steps

  1. Open Radar and click Explore.

  2. In the left sidebar, open the CRM property filter you want, such as Account Owner.

  3. Click the first value to include.

  4. Click each additional value to include. Selected values stay checked.

  5. Close the dropdown. Radar shows every account that matches any selected value.

  6. Add other filters, such as Entity Type or Date Range, to narrow the results.

  7. Click Save Search to keep this account set for later.

  8. Open Inbox and apply the same CRM filter values to work this account set in your daily feed. [VERIFY: whether a saved search carries into Inbox automatically]

Note: Values inside one filter combine with OR. Separate filters combine with AND. For example, Account Owner = Jordan or Priya, plus Entity Type = County, returns only counties owned by Jordan or Priya.

What Success Looks Like

The account count in Search Results Scope reflects every owner or territory you selected and roughly matches the account count for those same values in your CRM.

Common Issues

Problem: The account count is much lower than you expect. Fix: Check your other active filters, since each one narrows the results. Then confirm your CRM accounts are matched to Pursuit. Unmatched accounts don't appear in Radar.

Problem: The CRM property you want isn't in the sidebar. Fix: Ask your Admin to add it on the Accounts Mapping page, then click refresh on that page.
