What field types are supported between my CRM and the Pursuit platform?

Is there a delay between creating a new field in my CRM and seeing it show on Pursuit?

Pursuit's integration approach makes any newly created fields available to use in the platform with little to no delay.

Why am I not seeing new fields from my CRM on the field mapping page?

  1. Ensure the field type is supported by Pursuit

  2. On the field mapping page, try refreshing the list of available fields:

    1. Available on both on Account Mapping and Contact Mapping pages
