Setting Up a Play

  3. Fill out the Create a new play pop-up

    1. Name (required)

    2. Description (recommended)

  4. In the canvas, drag a Trigger from the Steps panel onto the canvas; e.g.:

    • From Radar Signal — turn a signal into an action trigger

    • From Radar Signal Contact — user clicks Run play on a specific contact within a signal

  5. Drag one or more Actions onto the canvas in the order you want them to execute; e.g.:

    • Generate AI Email — generates a personalized email using the signal as context

    • Send via Gmail/Outlook — sends the generated email through the user's connected email account

    • Create HubSpot Deal — creates a Deal in HubSpot tied to the contact

    • Create Salesforce Opportunity — creates an Opportunity in Salesforce tied to the contact

    • Create Dynamics Opportunity — creates an Opportunity in Dynamics tied to the contact

    • Create HubSpot Lead - creates a contact/lead in Hubspot

    • Create Salesforce Lead - creates a lead in Salesforce

  6. Make sure to connect your trigger(s) and action(s) so each flows to the next step as you intend

  7. Configure each trigger and action

    1. Click on each trigger or action step to open the step-specific configurations

  8. Click the Save button on the canvas as you update your workflow

  9. Once all steps are configured and saved, Activate (purple button in the top right) to make the Play available to users

What Success Looks Like

The Play appears as an option when any user selects Send Prospecting Email on a Radar signal card.
