How to Archive Research Worksheets

When to Use This

Archive a worksheet when it's outlived its purpose — a completed research sprint, a deal that closed, or just accumulated clutter you no longer need in view.

Steps

  1. Open Research and navigate to the workbook containing the worksheet you want to archive.

  2. Click on the down arrow next to the workbook to reveal the worksheets within it

  3. Click and select Archive next to the worksheet you want to archive

  4. Confirm in the modal that appears.

The worksheet is archived immediately.

What Success Looks Like

The archived worksheet no longer appears in your workbook. Your remaining worksheets are unaffected.

Does archiving delete the worksheet?

No. Archiving removes the worksheet from view — the data is preserved.
