In addition to standard metadata (see 📄 Creating Your Research Worksheet), you can conduct deep research with Pursuit's AI-powered prompts and AI functions.

Pursuit-curated AI prompts

Out of the box, you can leverage Pursuit's default structured output prompts. Examples include:

• procurement thresholds

• repetitional events

• top methods

From within your research worksheet,

1. Click on the AI Columns button on the right

2. Select one of the Pursuit-curated AI prompts under Structured Output

3. The sidebar will then show you the prompt panel.

4. Within the panel you can:

   1. change the variable name

   2. select the specific product profile to use in the prompt (optional)

   3. customize the output format and calculations

5. Ensure "Notify me when this research is done" is checked. This will send you an email once the research finishes running.

6. Before applying to all rows, check the research results and output by clicking on the Try on 5 rows button

Applying AI functions

In addition to research prompts, you can enhance your insights by applying AI functions to your worksheet. For example:

• conduct territory or account prioritization and planning
